AVIA is expanding its Expert Network.

As healthcare systems and hospitals continue to evolve their digital, data, and technological capabilities, the need for specialized expertise is growing faster than any one team can scale alone.

We are building a vetted network of Digital, Technology, and AI specialists in healthcare, who work alongside our team on high-impact advisory engagements.

We are looking to connect with experts across the following domains:

  • Digital Health & Transformation

  • AI & Machine Learning

  • Agentic AI & Automation

  • Health IT & EHR (Epic, Cerner)

  • Data & Analytics

  • Call/Contact Center, Digital, Front Door

  • Provider Operational Technology

  • IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

This is not traditional consulting.

Experts in the network contribute directly to client engagements, working alongside AVIA VPs and Directors to address complex, real-world challenges in a flexible, part-time, project-based model (1099 contractor).

We are building a trusted network of professionals who can be deployed quickly to support health systems navigating critical technology and innovation decisions.

This is a 1099 contractor (independent consultant), project-based opportunity, not a full-time role.
