Azeri and Russian Speaking - Regional Marketing ManagerThe Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast-growing marketing function across Central Asia, with a primary focus on Azerbaijan and additional responsibility for Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, and Armenia. The main responsibilities of the position include:
- Define and create country-specific marketing strategies
- Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across Central Asia, with a primary focus on the Azerbaijan market
- Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs
- Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research
- during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
- Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other
- regional teams as necessary
- Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects
- Stay on top of current trends and best practices
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Marketing Manager
Main requirements:
- Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Native Azeri speaker and very good knowledge English
- Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features
- Strong digital marketing skills
- Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and ability to multitask
- Dynamic and target oriented
