Now Hiring: B2B Recruiter – International

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is focused on developing relationships with businesses and law firms that are looking to hire qualified international professionals for remote positions.

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers, comfortable with outbound sales and recruiting, and motivated by building long-term client relationships.

Location: International / Outside the United States
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential business clients that may benefit from international staffing solutions.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Explain our recruiting and staffing services and identify potential hiring needs.
  • Schedule meetings and consultations with qualified business prospects.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate lead and client information in recruiting or CRM systems.
  • Understand client hiring needs and communicate those needs to the recruiting team.
  • Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure candidates align with client requirements.
  • Track outreach, conversations, meetings, and results.
  • Meet individual activity and performance goals.
  • Develop creative strategies for generating new business opportunities.
  • Maintain professional and consistent communication with prospective and existing clients.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in B2B recruiting, sales, business development, staffing, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and other forms of outbound prospecting.
  • Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with CRM, recruiting, and communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
  • Must be located outside the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience selling recruiting or staffing services.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based businesses or law firms.
  • Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding sales or recruiting KPIs.
  • Previous experience recruiting international professionals is a plus.
