Job Description – Business Analyst (Corporate Cards):

  • Perform Business Analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation to support the global rollout of corporate, virtual, and lodge card products.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholder management across Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, and regional business teams to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery.
  • Support end-to-end implementation using Agile methodologies, contributing to user stories, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT execution.
  • Integrate card processes into global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, ensuring effective settlement, accounting, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Proven experience working on end-to-end process and system design, with exposure to global rollout programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across regions and functions.
