About Concord

We’re an AI‑first company building the Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure that will make traditional contract management obsolete. While others experiment with tools, we’re creating the protocols, connectors, and systems that will become industry standards.

We’ve already gained traction with 1,500+ companies and over 1M users—but we’re just getting started. The next phase will fundamentally change how businesses sell, support, and scale.

If you like moving fast, using the newest models, and solving problems no one has solved yet—you’ll thrive here. If you need detailed playbooks and predictable tasks… probably not.

Build the back-end that powers Agreement Intelligence.

Contracts run every business. At Concord, you’ll help build the infrastructure that transforms static agreements into dynamic data—fueling smarter, faster decisions for growing companies. As a Back-End Developer, you’ll shape the systems that scale to millions of users and billions of data points.

This role is not for you if…

If you’re looking for:

A job focused only on quick fixes, not scalable systems

A routine where you won’t touch new technologies

A role where testing and code quality are “nice-to-haves”

A slow-moving environment with detailed playbooks

…then this role will frustrate you.

This role is for you if…

You thrive on:

Building and optimizing scalable features used by millions

Working with modern back-end stacks and cloud infrastructure

Collaborating in cross-functional squads to ship quickly

Contributing to a culture of learning, curiosity, and innovation

About the role

As a Back-End Developer at Concord, you’ll report to an Engineering Manager and join a multidisciplinary squad as part of our Back-End Chapter. You’ll tackle challenges in collaborative editing, large-scale performance, microservices communication, and third-party API integrations—all while building features that push the boundaries of contract intelligence.

What we can expect from you
  • Design, prototype, develop, and optimize robust and scalable features up to their production release.
  • Understand user needs and design solutions that meet performance, security, scalability, and/or high availability constraints.
  • Contribute to improving code quality by writing unit tests, automating processes, and conducting code reviews.
  • Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions for continuous improvement.
  • Actively contribute to complying with all company security practices and policies.
Requirements
  • You have at least 5 years experience as a Back-End Developer.
  • You have a solid grasp of programming fundamentals (abstract data structures, object-oriented programming, functional programming, etc.).
  • You are proactive, analytical, and have a synthesizing mindset, and you wish to work on an innovative product.
  • You are curious and proactive, and you are interested in the latest industry techniques and practices, and perhaps even contribute to the ecosystem (open-source, blogging, etc.).
  • You want to contribute to a community of enthusiasts with whom you can share and challenge your ideas, always with the goal of skill enhancement
