How you can make a difference:
- Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
- Conduct a consultative needs analysis with prospective partner and sales channel clients and provide product solutions.
- Understand the communication needs of small-to-medium and large business accounts to design partner-centric solutions.
- Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
- Craft informative sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
- Request site surveys to determine serviceability, including the submission of an ROI.
What you bring to Spectrum Business
Required qualifications:
- Experience: Five or more years of sales experience as a proven top sales performer.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical skills: Extensive knowledge of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks; Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Skills: Interpersonal English communication skills.
- Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to multi-task in a team environment with shifting priorities.
- Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.
Preferred qualifications:
- Five or more years of sales experience selling data, voice or video solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience with B2B sales experience with C-level decision makers.
- Proven experience calling on agent channel partners.
