Reporting to the HR leadership team, you will own the day-to-day administration of our health, wellness, and 401(k) programs while serving as a trusted point of contact for employees across the organization. What You'll Be Doing
- Own and execute the benefits onboarding experience for new hires, including policy assignments, enrollment reviews, and ensuring accurate and timely setup
- Serve as the go-to resource for employees by answering benefit questions, guiding enrollments, and resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Partner with insurance providers, brokers, and benefit administrators to troubleshoot and resolve escalated concerns
- Support planning and execution of open enrollment, including communications, system setup, and employee education
- Maintain accurate benefit records, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Educate employees on plan options, changes, and best practices to help them make informed decisions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure high service standards and program success
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects that support our broader People strategy
- Other duties as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
- Ability to participate in event setup activities, including bending, squatting, and lifting
About You
- Associate degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Benefits Administration or Human Resources
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - you can explain complex benefits clearly and confidently
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable tools
- Service-driven mindset - employees trust you, and you take pride in delivering white-glove support
- Solutions-oriented problem solver who approaches challenges proactively
- Skilled at building productive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growing organization
