Über die Rolle
In dieser Funktion bist du der/die erste Ansprechpartner_in für Wirtschaftsprüfer_innen und zuständig für alle Fragen zur Bilanzierung sowie zu den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören u.a.:

• Vorbereitung und Buchung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB
• Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
• Reporting der Unternehmenszahlen an die Holding
• Pflege und Abstimmung der Konten und Salden
• Periodengerechte Abgrenzung der laufenden Kosten und Erträge
• Verantwortlich für die Anlagenbuchhaltung
• Buchung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
• Anfertigung von Statistiken und Auswertungen
• Projektarbeit, wie Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse im Rechnungswesen

• Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit Hands-on Mentalität
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/x), eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/x) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung/Controlling wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach HGB (US-GAAP von Vorteil)
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit Navision
