Role overview
As a Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping Spanish and English speaking members access expert medical opinions through Transcarent’s 2nd.MD program. You’ll connect with eligible members by phone, explain how the program works, answer questions, and guide them through enrollment.

This is a high-volume, outbound calling role for someone who is comfortable working toward goals and enjoys influencing decisions through clear, empathetic conversations. You will proactively reach out to members, communicate the value of Transcarent’s 2nd.MD service, address hesitation, and motivate next steps. Success in this role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, resilience, and consistency in meeting engagement and enrollment goals—while maintaining a positive, professional member experience.

A Day in the Life

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to engage eligible members in both Spanish and English
  • Drive member activation and enrollment by clearly explaining the benefits of Transcarent and 2nd.MD services
  • Use consultative conversation skills to understand member needs, address concerns, and overcome objections
  • Support members through the end-to-end enrollment process, confirming next steps and required information
  • Collect relevant health and background information and route members efficiently to the appropriate clinical resources
  • Build rapport quickly and establish trust to support member decision-making across diverse cultural and language needs
  • Manage follow-up activities to re-engage members and close open enrollment opportunities
  • Accurately document conversations, language preference, outcomes, and next steps in internal systems
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of outreach and follow-up activities
  • Partner closely with an integrated care team to support timely care coordination
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including engagement and enrollment metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in Spanish and English required (verbal and written)
  • Available to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m CST
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, member enrollment, or high-volume outreach
  • Proven success in high-volume outbound calling environments
  • Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Comfort working toward individual performance targets and goals
  • Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for members
  • Ability to stay organized and positive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time, Fully Remote
Compensation: Base rate of $20.50/hour + uncapped monthly incentive bonus based on enrollments
