About the role

As a Bilingual School Psychologist at Lilypad Learning, you will play a key role in supporting the educational and emotional development of children in various school settings. Working remotely, you will conduct assessments, create detailed reports on student progress, and make practical recommendations to foster student growth. This is a 1099 contract role with extremely flexible scheduling—perfect for clinicians balancing other work, childcare, or part-time commitments. Our operations team handles scheduling, materials, technology setup, and report templates, so you can focus purely on clinical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Availability during school days to conduct remote assessments in various school settings

  • Analysis and integration of data from intake forms, behavioral observations, and assessment results

  • Production of detailed reports with potential diagnoses and practical evidence-based recommendations

  • Adherence to strict timelines to deliver high-quality reports

  • Maintenance of strict confidentiality in accordance with Lilypad Learning policies and relevant legal requirements

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, Haitian-Creole, Bengali preferred)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially in establishing rapport with clients in a virtual setting

  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with digital platforms

  • 3+ years of experience in psychoeducational assessment, including comprehensive test administration, scoring, and interpretation

  • Proven track record in writing integrated psychological evaluation reports

  • Master's degree (or higher) in School, Clinical or Educational Psychology

  • Licensure to provide school psychology services (preferred location: Massachusetts)

  • A secure and private workspace with reliable internet access
