Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and timely
- Track incoming payments and reconcile accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain accurate billing documentation
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with billing or accounting software preferred
- Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
