The Billing Support Representative will assist customers with billing inquiries, address discrepancies, and ensure accurate transactions for services rendered. - Responsibilities:
- Address customer billing inquiries, including charges, payment status, and invoices.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing statements and assist with account adjustments.
- Assist customers with payment options, processing, and refunds.
- Handle sensitive payment information securely and in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s billing policies and systems.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to resolve complex billing issues.
