We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our affiliate team for a 6 month opportunity, focusing on managing an expanding network of affiliates. This role primarily involves collaborating with prominent KOLs to ensure the effectiveness of their promotional efforts. A significant aspect of the position includes liaising with various internal departments to equip affiliates with the necessary assets and tools to attract more users to Binance. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, a background in marketing or public relations, and excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions. Given Binance's extensive affiliate network, you will be expected to deliver exceptional value through your work, surpassing competitors in the quest for top affiliates.
 
The role requires proficiency in using in-house tools, necessitating quick learning and collaboration with developers to enhance systems and interfaces, resolve issues, and conduct comprehensive analyses of existing data.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in growing the affiliate network through outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers, and other potential partners
  • Support negotiations, onboarding, and documentation processes for new affiliates
  • Help manage key affiliate accounts by maintaining regular communication and analyzing their performance data
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of promotional campaigns focused on maximizing ROI
  • Build and maintain reports using internal data to optimize affiliate channel performance
  • Monitor competitor activities and assist in adjusting affiliate strategies accordingly
  • Support fraud detection efforts by identifying potential scams or manipulations within the affiliate network

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development
  • Familiarity with the crypto space is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with media, influencers, or key partners
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
