Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and proofread content quickly and accurately against deadlines and briefs, including blog posts, CRM, research reports, and more
Support senior writers and editors on live projects, from first drafts to final
Bring ideas on narrative angles and story framing, connecting content to Binance’s key messages
Help maintain consistency in tone, style, and accuracy across content
Assist with copyediting and fact-checking for content ahead of publishing
Support content for company narratives and milestone stories
Coordinate with stakeholders across Comms and other teams to gather requirements and turn them into clear content briefs
Track and report on content performance (traffic, engagement, reach) to help inform future briefs
Own day-to-day workflow admin: tracking task requests end-to-end, liaising with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and requesting supporting assets
Stay current on developments in crypto/Web3 and how competitors and media are covering the space
Requirements:
Completed or studying for a Bachelor’s or higher degree, ideally in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field
Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
Some content, editorial, or journalism experience preferred (internships, freelance)
Genuine interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech
AI-savvy: comfortable with AI writing/research tools and current on emerging AI trends, with ideas on how to fold them into content workflows
Comfortable working with basic performance data. No analytics background required, just curiosity about what the numbers say
Inquisitive, proactive, and reliable. Comfortable asking questions and following through without hand-holding
Able to multitask and work to tight, sometimes same-day deadlines
Strong communication skills and comfortable working in a distributed, mostly async team
