About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship program designed for Early Career talent to have firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management & Budget Growth: Build relationships and liaise with Listed Projects and Partners of Binance to increase wallet share of marketing budgets

  • Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Market Research & Partnership Opportunity Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities

  • Campaign Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance and metrics

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Campaign Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery

  • Tool & Resource Management: Provide with up-to-date campaign and tracking tools.

  • Process Improvement: Enhance operational workflows with AI to make partner processes smoother.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to build and manage deep relationships with a detail-oriented skillset

  • Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain and AI technology

  • Ability to execute work independently and achieve goals without significant micromanagement

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment
