About Binance Accelerator Program
 
Binance Accelerator Program is a 6-months program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities:

        • Participate in the testing of Binance backend microservices, ensuring high-quality delivery across service APIs and integration boundaries.
      • Understand business scenarios and technical design (domain models, database schemas, service-to-service contracts); design, develop, and execute test cases, and organize test case reviews.
      • Execute functional, integration, and regression testing at the API and service layer; identify and track bugs, and ensure timely fixes and delivery.
      • Validate data correctness and idempotency through SQL queries against MySQL, and verify cross-service behavior (RPC/Feign calls, Kafka messages, Redis state).
      • Build and maintain Java-based automated test suites (e.g., TestNG/JUnit, REST Assured) to cover API contracts and critical business flows.
      • Collaborate closely with backend developers and product managers to drive issues to resolution.
      • Leverage AI tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage (test case generation, log triage, impact analysis).

Requirements:

        • Undergraduate or postgraduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
      • Solid understanding of software engineering and QA methodologies.
      • Familiar with Java and MySQL; hands-on with Spring Boot / MyBatis is a strong plus.
      • Understanding of microservice architecture and RESTful API / RPC concepts.
      • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to data consistency and edge cases.
      • Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
      • Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
      • Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools is a plus.
      • Familiar with JavaScript/TypeScript; hands-on with React or Vue is a strong plus.
