Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance on HR governance, policies, and organizational structure.
  • Support and review talent management, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Oversee executive compensation, performance management, and incentive structures in alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with European labor laws, employment regulations, and governance standards.

  • Actively participate in Human Resources Committee and Board meetings, contributing to long-term people strategy decisions.
  • Provide independent judgment on HR-related risks, ethics, and workforce sustainability.

  • Advise on regional operations and jurisdiction selection to optimize hiring and business efficiency.
  • Recommend and implement hiring strategies and operational shifts to support growth and scalability.
  • Analyze core business functions and propose strategies for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and oversee cost-cutting initiatives and operational restructuring to maximize profitability.
  • Guide decisions related to organizational structure, resource allocation, and business operations relocation for optimal performance.
