We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR leader to join our Board of Directors as a member of the Human Resources Committee, The selected individual will provide independent oversight and strategic guidance on people governance, leadership development, compensation, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness at a board level. This role requires strong board-level judgment, strategic insight, and the ability to advise senior leadership on complex people and organizational matters.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic oversight and guidance on HR governance, policies, and organizational structure.
- Support and review talent management, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks.
- Oversee executive compensation, performance management, and incentive structures in alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with European labor laws, employment regulations, and governance standards.
- Advise the Board on culture, workforce planning, diversity & inclusion, and organizational development.
- Actively participate in Human Resources Committee and Board meetings, contributing to long-term people strategy decisions.
- Provide independent judgment on HR-related risks, ethics, and workforce sustainability.
- Offer strategic guidance on talent acquisition and board composition aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise on regional operations and jurisdiction selection to optimize hiring and business efficiency.
- Recommend and implement hiring strategies and operational shifts to support growth and scalability.
- Analyze core business functions and propose strategies for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Develop and oversee cost-cutting initiatives and operational restructuring to maximize profitability.
- Guide decisions related to organizational structure, resource allocation, and business operations relocation for optimal performance.
