Job Summary:
- Developing and overseeing the execution of the strategic vision for the Body & Mind program in alignment with I-COM's overall mission and values
- Sourcing speakers and practitioners for the programme.
- Lead and manage the programme team, providing direction, guidance, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the Body & Mind Advisory Board to ensure programme content is cutting-edge, relevant, and valuable to participants.
- Monitor and report on programme progress and impact, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Substantial network of leading practitioners in the wellbeing, biohacking and expanding consciousness area.
- Personal passion for exploring the cutting-edge of wellbeing
- 5+ years of professional experience in health and wellbeing, with a deep understanding of the principles and practices of biohacking and expanding consciousness.
- 2+ years of experience in programme management
- Technically versed in using online collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.

Reporting Line: The Body & Mind Programme Advisor will report directly to the Operations Director, ensuring effective communication and alignment with the company's strategic vision.
Duration and Workload: This is a long-term position. The Body & Mind Programme Advisor will work part-time, with a workload of 10-20 hours per month, providing flexibility for the candidate to balance their work and personal commitments. The role will be online, allowing the candidate to work remotely while still staying connected to the team and the company's goals.
