This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a meticulous and independent Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team on a fully remote basis. The company is a recognized leader in the business consulting and investment sector, having significantly expanded their international portfolio and service offerings over the past few years.

Responsibilities

The Bookkeeper will be entrusted with maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of their accounting data. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

  • Performing monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts.

  • Accurately recording financial transactions in QuickBooks Online.

  • Generating and analyzing financial reports to provide clear insights.

  • Organizing and maintaining digital financial documents and records.

  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial entries and reports.

  • Collaborating with the management team to support fiscal decision-making.



Requirements
  • Must be highly detail-oriented with an exceptional level of organizational skill.

  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.

  • A self-starter who can manage their time effectively in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

  • High proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
