Job Duties and Responsibilities

Must live in northern DFW area

 

The Retail Wireless Account Executive solves the challenge of operational misalignment and performance gaps across Boost Mobile retail locations in the northern DFW territory. This role acts as the critical bridge between corporate growth strategies and front-line execution, ensuring store owners and sales teams have the coaching and resources needed to thrive. By providing hands-on training and marketing oversight, they transform underperforming stores into high-yield retail environments.

 

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

  • Optimization of store-level sales performance through daily on-site coaching and side-by-side selling with sales representatives
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales quotas by collaborating with store owners to implement rigorous performance plans
  • Maintenance of brand integrity through the inspection and execution of localized marketing campaigns and merchandising standards
  • Resolution of retail escalations and customer issues as the primary point of contact to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Expansion of the regional footprint by leveraging local market knowledge and real estate contacts to identify new distribution points
  • Utilization of AI-powered sales analytics to identify performance trends and provide data-backed counseling to retail partners

  • Expertise in consultative sales leadership and retail business management to drive store-level profitability
  • Mastery of instructional design and field-based training techniques to improve sales team effectiveness
  • Advanced conflict resolution skills to manage high-pressure customer escalations and operational disputes
  • AI Literacy and Application to interpret real-time sales dashboards and automate store performance reporting
  • Critical experience in relationship development and account management within the wireless or consumer electronics sector
  • Exceptional organizational expertise required to balance high-volume daily site visits with administrative project management

 

Additional Qualifications

Successful candidates will typically have:

  • Deep familiarity with Dallas retail landscape and existing real estate networking contacts
  • Proven track record of successful lead-by-example sales methodologies and marketing counseling
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a highly flexible, field-based schedule

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of related work experience post-high school
  • Minimum Experience: 4+ years in sales and/or account management
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • 1 year of experience selling wireless products or services
    • 3 years in training, relationship development, or business management
    • 3 years of active driving history with a valid driver’s license and compliance with safety policies
    • Experience managing contract or vendor relationships
    • Bilingual Spanish preferred 

 

**Position includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals above base salary**

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $49,200.00/Year - $70,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
