Job Brief:

Wayvia is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to own the execution and stewardship of our brand narrative across external communications, PR alignment, content direction, and organic social. This role ensures Wayvia shows up consistently, credibly, and clearly in the market. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who has operated inside a strong brand or communications team before and knows how to apply narrative discipline at scale. 

Essential Functions:

Narrative & Messaging Execution

  • Maintain and operationalize Wayvia’s core narrative and messaging hierarchy
  • Ensure consistent voice, language, and framing across web, PR, social, content, and launches
  • Translate product and strategy inputs into clear, market-ready messaging

Brand & Communications Stewardship

  • Uphold brand standards and tone across all external touchpoints
  • Review agency deliverables to ensure narrative and brand alignment
  • Support launches with communications framing and messaging guidance

PR & Thought Leadership Support

  • Serve as the internal point person for PR messaging and narrative inputs
  • Partner with the PR agency on story angles and executive visibility
  • Support executive thought leadership by shaping themes, outlines, and messaging inputs

Organic Social & Content Direction

  • Own organic social strategy and editorial calendar
  • Define content themes that reinforce Wayvia’s POV over time
  • Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders on execution

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure messaging reflects product truth
  • Align with Demand Generation to ensure campaigns reflect the right narrative
  • Partner with the SVP of Strategy to scale executive voice consistently

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years experience in brand, communications, PR, or content marketing
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or complex technology environments
  • Strong writing, editing, and narrative judgment
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and agency partners
  • Hands-on, organized, and execution-oriented
  • Has operated within an existing brand system

Location:
This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States.

Compensation:
The salary for this role is $120,000 - 140,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
