About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Brand and creative lead to join the Manifest team. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse who is able to bring brands to live across touch points and channels. The Brand and creative lead is responsible for developing our brand guidelines, designing engaging creative assets, and ensuring consistency and quality in everything we produce. This role is ideal for individuals you are passionate about shaping brands from scratch and executing on vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines (logo, typography, color, voice/tone, etc.)
- Design creative assets for ads, social media, emails, landing pages, and other marketing materials
- Work closely with Growth Marketing to translate campaign ideas into visuals
- Oversee asset management and creative file organization
- Collaborate with external vendors
- Contribute creative direction and brand strategy as Manifest grows into new verticals
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of design or creative experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work and digital asset creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
- Ability to balance creative excellence with speed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
