Job Summary:
The Brand Manager, Consumer Filler Marketing is responsible for strategic planning, development, execution and optimization of consumer/patient awareness, engagement, and loyalty for Revance aesthetics products and services. This person is proficient in content marketing and will effectively collaborate with the Professional Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Digital Technology teams to lead omnichannel campaigns for the consumer/patient, including the practice, across digital channels, and through influencer partnerships.

Experiential activation experience required with a track record of designing and executing brand events and experiences that engage the consumer/patient, media, or influencer audiences.

Proven success establishing and maintaining brand relationships with consumer thought leaders, including media, influencers, and health care providers (HCPs) is required.

Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic planning, execution, and program/campaign measurement for our established brands; and strategic planning and designing future consumer/patient activations for emerging products and services.

This person will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Creative Studio, Digital, Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs; and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate needs to be an agile self-starter who adapts to the changing needs of stakeholders.


Reporting to:     Director, Filler Marketing
Location:           Remote; or hybrid in Nashville, TN
Salary Range:   $102,500 - $135,500 + annual performance bonus
* the final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include but are not limited to the quality and length of experience, education and geographic location.


Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

  • Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Brand Manager will develop and manage the execution of consumer marketing plans to deliver differentiated value to our customers to help meet company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate brand PR into consumer engagement across Aesthetics.
  • Contribute to the consumer/patient journey-mapping in partnership with the digital tam, and prioritize key touchpoints to activate.
  • Act as brand steward and relationship for key influencers.
  • Active involvement in strategic planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure we consistently prioritize the highest impact consumer engagement and loyalty programs, and continue to improve programs to reflect consumer needs and trends.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties, including agencies, partnerships, and KOLs to ensure the success of all initiatives and programs.
  • Lead projects, develop and manage programs, and coordinate with cross-functional team members for alignment.
  • Develop and execute consumer marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns and the creation of sales materials and other assets to pull these through.
  • Work directly with Marketing Director, Aesthetics to complete and implement brand plan and key initiatives.
  • Lead competitive intelligence tracking and reporting to the broader commercial team.
  • Act as central point of contact to the field.
  • Participate in market research and lead analytics to understand program effectiveness.
  • 30% travel - domestic.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree & 2+ years’ directly related experience; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree & 4+ years’ directly related experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.
  • 5+ years’ experience with professional, agency, and/or consumer marketing, and/or sales experience.
  • Pharmaceutical, device, biotech, or aesthetics experience.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills, and an ability to complete projects with limited supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while ensuring quality results.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage agency partners, and coordinate workstreams to ensure strategic imperatives are met.
  • Manage budget for all marketing activities responsible for, and work with Marketing Coordinator on tracking of contracts and scopes of work for brand initiatives.
  • Experience with promotional review process.
