What you will do

Lead two iconic brands at different life stages: Johnson's Baby (trusted family skincare heritage) and Johnson's Beauty (fast-growing adult body care). You'll own full P&L, shape multi-year strategy, and deliver growth through incredible products, powerful campaigns, and sharp market & consumer insights. This role is for someone who are thrilled to make a high-impact, who thrives on turning strategy into results, building brands from concept to consumer.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the Business

  • Lead full P&L (Net Sales, Gross Profit, Marketing Budget) and annual planning
  • Build 3-year brand vision and strategy across both portfolios
  • Ensure coherence between brands while maximizing growth for each

Drive Products That Win Consumer Households

  • Identify market opportunities (sizing, segmentation, competitive moves) using internal and extenral reserach (e.g: Kantar, Nielsen, and opensurvey consumer research..)
  • Manage full product lifecycle: NPD launch, base portfolio optimization, promotional activation
  • Lead concept development, artwork assurance, pricing, and post-launch performance tracking

Build Campaigns That Convert

  • Create integrated consumer campaigns across digital, PR, and creative
  • Own the full funnel: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Loyalty
  • Manage agency partners to deliver quality and ROI

Lead Teams to Deliver

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and key customers (e.g., Olive Young, e-commerce) to hit targets
  • Drive cross-functional teams on priorities and timelines

What we are looking for 

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in brand/product manager experience (FMCG, skincare, personal care, or baby care preferred)
  • Full P&L experience — you've owned numbers and delivered
  • Fluent English — for regional collaboration and reporting
  • University degree (Business, Marketing, or related field)
