At Huckberry, we build gear and tell stories that inspire and equip a life well-lived. We live at the crossroads of style, utility, and outdoor adventure, bringing millions of guys timeless essentials, field-tested stories, and unforgettable experiences.

As Brand Marketing Manager, you own the heartbeat of the Huckberry brand. You will architect and run the priority initiatives that transform casual browsers into lifelong brand advocates - from tentpole campaigns and key city takeovers to experiential activations and community storytelling. You are the connective tissue bridging Creative, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Channel teams around a single narrative, ensuring every touchpoint reads as one unmistakable brand.

You are equal parts brand strategist, field producer, project leader, and mentor. You know how to measure the real weight of brand building (awareness, share of search, sentiment, community engagement), and you bring a sharp point of view on where men’s style, gear, and outdoor culture are headed next.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Austin, TX; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and execution for Huckberry's tentpole brand campaigns, building integrated, 360° marketing plans designed to grow brand awareness and share of search
  • Create clear, inspiring brand briefs that align Creative, Copy, Design, and channel owners to a single campaign idea
  • Partner with Product Marketing to connect franchise product campaigns to tentpole brand moments, so our most iconic products are told as part of one Huckberry story
  • Own the brand marketing plan for our key cities, leading market takeovers, supporting store opening moments, and local community programs that build lasting brand love in each market
  • Manage and develop the Social and Events team: set priorities, coach, and hold a high bar for craft and brand consistency
  • Work closely with our Social Lead to iterate on our strategy, ensuring content reflects the Huckberry voice, amplifies campaign and key city moments, and grows an engaged community
  • Support Huckberry's Event Lead to drive the multi-channel events calendar, from in-store events and activations to community programming, sponsorships, managing budgets, vendors, and logistics
  • Partner with the Brand Partnerships team on ambassador, creator, and brand collaborations that support campaign and key city goals
  • Act as a steward of the brand across the organization, ensuring a consistent voice, visual identity, and master brand presence across our house brands, channels, and retail
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and culture within the men's outdoor and style landscape, adapting strategies and POV to stay ahead of the curve
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring timely and successful campaign delivery
  • Track brand health and campaign performance, including brand awareness, share of search, social engagement, and key city results, and report on what worked, what didn't, and what to do next
  • Build decks to recap campaigns, both for internal and external stakeholders, presenting results and insights from all channels

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in the men's lifestyle, outdoor, or apparel industry
