The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist to help bring the UserTesting brand to life across campaigns, programs, and experiences. In this role, you’ll drive consistency, creativity, and operational excellence across internal and external brand initiatives. From brand activations and reputation management to swag and storytelling, you'll be instrumental in how we show up to customers, partners, and employees.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners—from Creative and PR to People Ops and Digital Marketing—to ensure our brand is cohesive, impactful, and aligned to business goals. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our brand platforms (like Frontify), ensuring assets and guidelines are current, accessible, and easy to use

  • Support corporate, employer, and contributor brand reputation across third-party profiles (e.g., G2, TrustRadius, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, LinkedIn)

  • Coordinate vendors, logistics, and budgets for swag, brand activations, and integrated campaigns

  • Project manage internal brand programs (such as edU, swag, brand training), including provisioning, reporting, and fulfillment

  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure consistent storytelling across all channels

  • Act as a connector between teams to keep brand initiatives aligned and moving forward

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing vendors and cross-functional teams

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A passion for brand-building and supporting high-impact marketing initiatives

  • Remote role; must be based in the U.S. (preference for candidates near San Francisco, CA or Atlanta, GA)
