The Brand Partnership Director will connect brands with gamers, driving partnerships and campaigns while leveraging a strong network in digital media sales.
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, battle-tested Brand Partnerships Director to drive brand partnerships on the West Coast – connecting the world’s biggest advertisers with the most engaged gamers on the planet.
As our West Coast Brand Champion, you’ll tap into your deep network of publishers, agencies, and brands to craft bold, high-impact campaigns across our in-game media platform.

This role is based on the US West Coast and requires a candidate who resides in the region.
- 5+ years in digital media sales, ideally within gaming, esports, or entertainment
- Deep experience working with major publishers (e.g., Blizzard, Riot, Liquid, Patrol, Eisenberg)
- Proven ability to close large, strategic deals and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Strong understanding of biddable media, self-serve ad platforms, and programmatic buying
- Excellent communicator with top-tier storytelling and C-level presentation skills
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to turn brand objectives into media magic.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a builder’s mindset
- Based on the US West Coast, with an existing network in the region

- Experience selling in-game or around-game media
- Passion for gaming and an intuitive grasp of the gaming/modding ecosystem
- Background in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Reputation for bringing both brands and dragons to the negotiation table (and leaving with the deal)
