Responsibilities
  • Focus on business priorities and how core platforms support key deliverables
  • Understand how primary platforms integrates with cross functional teams, platforms, and systems
  • Responsible for creating user flows and user story writing
  • Support and perform software lifecycle development in an agile delivery methodology
    • Assist users in requirements definitions
    • Build functional planning and design models tailored to each solution
    • Provide development and testing estimates
    • Follow end-to-end tracking using software tools and Kanban
    • Setup report delivery mechanisms and ensure end user satisfaction
    • Active backlog management for new request as well as deliver production support
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with product owners, project managers, and technology partners
  • Supports coordination with vendors and internal technology partners to define clear deliverables, maintain timelines, and unblock obstacles as well as ongoing management of the overall vendor backlog.
  • Assist clarifying questions posed by different workstreams as well as stakeholders
  • Perform data quality and completeness analysis
  • Perform testing on applications and aid in the facilitation of user acceptance testing
  • Research, review, and analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of applications in development and in production
  • Help triage production incidents and partner with business and technology teams to ensure timely resolution and minimize impact to users and the business.
  • Perform ad hoc requirements as the business needs

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science strongly preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years' experience in Digital Product, fintech, or Banking IT
  • Experience in leveraging customer relationship management tools
  • Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and energetic with an eagerness to learn
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in work output
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Vizio
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
