The Opportunity

At TechTorch, we're a bunch of non-conformists who believe the way technology consulting works today is fundamentally broken – and we've set out to redefine it. We combine the speed of a startup with the rigor demanded by the world's most sophisticated clients, delivering AI-powered solutions that create measurable impact. Our leadership team brings deep roots in top-tier consulting as well as operator experience at Fortune 500 companies such as Cisco and Nike. Bootstrapped and profitable, we are growing fast and we're just getting started.

We're looking for a Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) engagements at this pivotal moment in our growth. You'll work alongside experienced practitioners and client stakeholders, supporting complex transformation programs and building the foundation for a high-impact consulting career. We're scaling fast, with ample growth opportunity for high performers, who will see an accelerated career trajectory and quickly increasing responsibilities as we scale our business. If you thrive on having real impact at the cutting edge of technology and are ready to do so at startup pace, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

The Business Analyst supports the design and delivery of engagements across L2C, including Lead-to-Order, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), broader deal management, and post-sale support.

Beyond hands-on functional knowledge across CPQ, Sales, Pricing, Product, and Revenue Operations, you will support identifying business and technology gaps for clients, co-creating solutions with client middle-management and senior TechTorch leaders, and contributing to the successful delivery of complex, large-scale strategy and consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support functional workstreams within broader Lead-to-Cash client initiatives, with a focus on CPQ, pricing strategy, quote generation, and deal lifecycle management

  • Co-create future-state L2C processes that support business models, including complex product configurations, services, and bundled offerings

  • Take on Product Owner responsibilities for custom AI-agents to ensure they are fit for purpose and effective in solving our clients’ business problems

  • Support the design and delivery of AI-driven L2C transformation initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to embed AI-agents and automation across CPQ, pricing, and revenue operations processes

  • Partner with client stakeholders to collect business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and system configuration documentation to support solution implementation

  • Support the planning and facilitation of working sessions and workshops focused on product configuration models, pricing structures, deal workflows, and approval frameworks

  • Drive daily project delivery activities to ensure quality and on-time delivery, coordinating with onshore and offshore teams

Who Thrives Here

You are in the first innings of your consulting career but you can already look back on a handful of successful projects and have a solid grounding in L2C processes. You know how to navigate client environments, translate ambiguity into structured solutions, and deliver for demanding clients in a fast-paced services organization. Now you're ready for a place where cutting-edge technology and real career momentum go hand in hand to accelerate your growth.

Specifically, you bring:

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting Lead-to-Cash and/or Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives, preferably with a consulting firm

  • Demonstrated exposure to front-office and customer-facing processes beyond traditional finance functions

  • Foundational knowledge across CPQ, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or deal lifecycle management

  • A passion for experimenting with new AI solutions and embedding them into traditional processes and workflows

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills — you turn complexity into clarity

  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders

Experience that can accelerate your impact:

  • Prior experience as a Product Owner, designing and customizing technology solutions

  • Experience working with Private Equity-backed companies and/ or background in the technology/ software industry

What We Offer

  • A pivotal role in our growth story. You'll contribute to high-stakes engagements with direct impact on client outcomes and TechTorch's reputation in the market.

  • Direct access to leadership and real influence. You'll work closely with senior practitioners and client stakeholders from day one, not buried in a large team.

  • Accelerated career trajectory. We promote on impact, not tenure. Show us what you can deliver, and we'll give you the scope to match.

  • High ownership and trust. We hire smart people and give them room to operate. You'll have autonomy to contribute and grow without unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.

  • A profitable, fast-growing company. Bootstrapped, financially disciplined, and scaling quickly – with real momentum behind the business.

  • Remote-first flexibility. Work where you are most productive.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits. Base compensation between $85,000–$110,000, depending on experience, with a competitive, performance-driven bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and additional perks.
