BA Marketing • Partner with marketing stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to campaign planning, customer journeys, and audience targeting. • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, ensuring development and marketing operations teams have actionable specifications. • Support end to end marketing campaign execution—from concept and brief creation to testing, deployment, performance tracking, and post campaign reporting. • Build executive ready PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and visual summaries to communicate insights, campaign results, recommendations, and strategy updates. • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Data, Technology) to optimize customer engagement, improve segmentation logic, and enhance campaign effectiveness. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, customer behaviors, and performance gaps; provide insights to drive marketing strategy and improve conversion outcomes. • Ensure all marketing workflows, processes, and operational steps are documented, updated, and aligned with business rules and compliance requirements. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage Jira/Asana tasks, and support sprint planning by refining backlog items and preparing user stories for development readiness
