Job Description

We have a Business Analyst requirement in Austin, TX and would like to know if you are interested in it. If you are not interested, please refer anyone that you know is looking for a change.

Duration: 12+ Months

Required:

  • · 8 Years of Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy.
  • · 8 Years of Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients.
  • · 6 Years of Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • · 6 Years of Ability to multitask and meet aggressive deadlines
  • · 6 Years of Experience in elicitation, analyzing, documenting user and business requirements.
  • · 5 Years Skilled in managing competing interests from various project stakeholders and reaching consensus for appropriate next actions.
  • · 5 Years Excellent communication skills both written and oral with all levels of staff.
  • · 5 Years of Skill in guiding large projects teams with internal and varied level of management involvement.
  • · 5 Years of Experience in creating business and system requirements
  • · 4 Years of Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • · 2 Years of Experience with Strategic, Roadmap and or Implementation Plan among complex organizations.
  • · 2 Years Skilled in change management and change readiness practices

Preferred:

  • · 4 Years of Demonstration of creative thinking and business process analysis to solve business issues.
  • · 4 Years Strong experience with Microsoft toolset – Word, Project, Visio, Excel.
  • · 4 Years of Experience with state government, federal or complex private sector organization
  • · 4 Years of Experience managing cross-agency, enterprise initiatives, Enterprise Information Management
  • · 6 Years of Experience with Information Technology and Information Management projects
