We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.

2. Analyze business data and processes to identify areas for improvement.

3. Develop and maintain business cases, requirements documents, and project plans.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations.

5. Communicate business solutions and recommendations to stakeholders.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

2. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

4. Professional certifications, such as CBAP or CCBA.

5. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in business analysis tools, such as Excel, Visio, or Lucidchart.

 

Nice to Have:

 

1. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

2. Knowledge of business process improvement (BPI) principles and practices.

3. Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
