  • Configure and optimize templates, clause libraries, and playbooks aligned to enterprise contracting strategies
  • Develop and execute complex data migration strategies from legacy CLM or repository systems
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on CLM maturity, governance, and operational excellence
  • Partner with customers to define and deploy AI-powered use cases (e.g., contract review, clause extraction, risk identification)
  • Lead and solution enterprise integrations (CRM, ERP, procurement systems, etc.)
  • Drive UAT, validation, and quality assurance across all implementations
  • Deliver executive-level and end-user training, ensuring strong adoption and long-term success
  • Influence implementation strategy and contribute to continuous improvement of Malbek’s delivery methodology
  • Lead or support project management responsibilities on complex or multi-phase deployments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on CLM implementation experience, preferably with enterprise
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes, including legal, procurement, and sales contracting workflows

  • Strong expertise in workflow design, business process optimization, and requirements translation
  • Experience leading complex enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders and integrations
  • Proficiency in data migration, APIs, and system integrations
  • Experience advising on and implementing AI-driven capabilities within CLM or enterprise platforms
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple concurrent projects
