As a Business Analyst, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions.The Business Analyst will provide essential product support to multiple ongoing initiatives led by various Product Teams. This position is the starting point for a career in Product Management, with many BAs moving up to Product Manager within a few years.
What you'll do:
- Primary responsibilities include analyzing business goals, objectives, and needs; planning and designing business processes; and making recommendations for improvements, in collaboration with your product lead.
- The role involves a structured rotation through different teams and operational business units to gain comprehensive insight into the systems and processes that drive the business.
- Core contribution includes the critical utilization of AI to drive efficiencies and accelerate delivery, including process documentation, scheduling, data analysis, and process flow creation.
- The analyst will serve as the primary support for business intake, requirements gathering, and issue resolution.
- Expected to perform research and analysis to support operations, and estimate the cost and benefits of proposed solutions.

Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- Proficiency in Google and MS products, with the ability to analyze data and project outcomes, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Decision-making driven by data, complemented by some knowledge of Data Analysis.
- Exhibits a high sense of urgency, coupled with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideal for candidates with a strong interest in finance, business, and technology.
- Demonstrated excellence in process development and story creation, with the ability to articulate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create workplace efficiencies a plus
- Understanding of Scrum processes for product delivery and execution also a plus
Additional Information
- Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
- Work Environment: This hybrid role requires the selected candidate to be located in the Phoenix metro area to support onsite business needs and collaboration.
