What you will be doing:

  • Application Support and Triage: Serve as the point of contact for users in Acumatica, the Warehouse Management System, Netstock, and integrated applications. Diagnose and resolve system errors and integration between the ERP, WMS, and third-party tools. Manage the requests, prioritize by business impact, and find the root cause so the same issue does not recur.

  • System Administration and Configuration: Administer user accounts and access permissions. Configure approval maps, automation schedules, and notification templates across financials, distribution, and CRM modules.

  • Reporting and Master Data: Build and maintain Generic Inquiries, operational dashboards, and custom reports for finance, sales, operations, and the warehouse. Run mass imports using Acumatica’s Import/Export Scenarios to keep customer, vendor, and item master data clean.

  • WMS and Warehouse Floor Support: Own daily WMS support across receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting. Troubleshoot RF scanners, label printers, and barcode workflows. Support new site rollouts including user setup and training.

  • Vendor Escalation, Documentation, and Process Improvement: Liaise with our Acumatica VAR and Acumatica Support to escalate and resolve complex bugs. Build and maintain SOPs, quick-reference guides, and FAQs tailored to DWC workflows. Run onboarding for new hires and refreshers for existing staff. Identify automation and enhancement opportunities to improve productivity.

     

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in IT support or application support.

  • Hands-on Acumatica administration experience, business events, and approval workflows.

  • Direct WMS support experience in a distribution, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing environment required.

  • Experience supporting a Warehouse Management System (TBO4 or similar) strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with logistics and carrier software for freight management, parcel shipping, and customs documentation preferred.

  • Basic SQL skills for data investigation and reporting preferred.

  • Working knowledge of a ticketing system required.

  • Acumatica certifications (any track) preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred.

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

     

Salary: $70,000-$80,000/yr and eligible for bonus
