Job Description

Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and forward‑thinking Salesforce Business Analyst who is excited to shape the future of our Sales Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot) ecosystem. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and cross‑team collaboration, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a visible, organization‑wide impact.

In this position, you’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, and operations to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that not only meet business needs, but elevate how we engage prospects, empower our sales teams, and drive revenue growth. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, optimizing automation, and ensuring seamless data flow across our enterprise systems—all to enable smarter decisions and better customer experiences.

You’ll also be a trusted problem‑solver for our Salesforce and Account Engagement users. From managing support tickets to coaching end users and resolving technical challenges, you’ll help ensure our teams can move quickly, confidently, and efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves translating business vision into powerful Salesforce experiences, enjoys continuous learning, and finds energy in bringing clarity, innovation, and momentum to a rapidly evolving CRM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud across the full sales lifecycle, including lead management, opportunity processes, and system automation.

  • Build and maintain custom objects, fields, rules, layouts, and approvals aligned to business operations.

  • Develop and enhance opportunity stages, sales paths, and workflow automations to improve efficiency and visibility.

  • Create and manage reports and dashboards for real‑time insights into pipeline, activities, and performance.

  • Support user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous enhancements driven by user feedback.

  • Partner with IT/integration teams to connect Sales Cloud with other business systems.

  • Manage and resolve Salesforce support tickets, troubleshooting issues, communicating updates, and guiding users on fixes and best practices.

  • Work directly with end users to diagnose problems, provide workarounds, and deliver user-friendly solutions and training.

  • Administer Account Engagement (Pardot), including segmentation, automation, scoring/grading, dynamic content, and engagement programs.

  • Build multi-touch nurture programs, landing pages, form handlers, and email campaigns with marketing.

  • Ensure accurate campaign attribution and lead tracking via Connected Campaigns, UTMs, and B2B Marketing Analytics.

  • Collaborate with marketing to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and lead quality.

  • Maintain and monitor data sync health between Account Engagement and Sales Cloud, including mappings and sharing rules.

  • Proactively resolve sync issues, form errors, and tracking discrepancies to protect data quality.

  • Stay current on platform updates, deliverability best practices, compliance requirements, and list management standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot) experience focused on administration, analysis, and process optimization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, and Account Engagement Specialist.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, marketing funnels, and end‑to‑end revenue operations.

  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects, gather requirements, and deliver scalable, aligned solutions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams.

  • Proficient with Salesforce Flow Builder for automating sales and marketing processes.

  • Experience integrating third‑party tools (e.g., Google Analytics) via APIs to improve tracking, reporting, and automation.

  • Working knowledge of B2B Marketing Analytics, including custom datasets and dashboards.

  • Solid background in CRM data hygiene, duplicate prevention, and governance best practices.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation and total rewards package

  • Annual Base Salary: $ 85,000.00 to $100,000.00

  • Bonus Eligibility: 15%

  • Excellent extended medical, dental, and vision benefits beginning day 1

  • 401(k) matching, vesting begins day 1

  • Career development programs

  • Paid Volunteer Hours

  • Paid parental leave
