How You'll Make an Impact• Generate new business opportunities by proactively researching accounts and directing prospecting efforts• Build meaningful client relationships and collaborate with field-based sales teams and Sales Engineers to identify buying opportunities and transition accounts seamlessly• Consistently achieve activity goals by making 50+ contacts daily and scheduling qualified appointments using Spectrum's outreach techniques• Track all sales activity and manage reporting through Salesforce and other tools, ensuring accurate pipeline management• Assess client needs and identify decision makers through outbound campaigns, providing detailed explanations of Spectrum products and services• Uphold client satisfaction and professionalism by qualifying prospects and determining serviceability• Act as a liaison between Marketing, Business Operations and Sales to enhance efficiency and support pre- and post-sale activities

Required Qualifications
Education• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Experience• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts or IT/software-as-a-service business development• Experience in business and account planning implementation
Skills• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English• Aptitude to learn Spectrum Business product suite and approach to sales• Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization• Committed to continuously learning new sales skills and techniques• Resiliency, persistence and ability to enthusiastically handle high volumes of rejection• A commanding desire to learn and succeed in technology sales• Positive attitude, inner drive to push themselves with the ability to learn quickly while working in a team environment• Coachable with an entrepreneurial spirit• Ability to multitask within required deadlines efficiently and effectively• Highly organized with the ability to foster and manage change
