Position
Overview:
We are seeking
a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Account Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ERP systems
(SAP), IT consulting, and related services, coupled with a proven ability to
cultivate and maintain client relationships.
Key
Responsibilities:
Business
Development:
- Manage full sales cycle from researching accounts
to closing business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
within target markets including SMB Enterprises, State and Local, and
Implementation Partners.
- Drive and penetrate new accounts and meet with
stakeholders within accounts selling ERP System Integration, AMS, and IT
Consulting Services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to
achieve quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
Client
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,
addressing inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their business
operations.
- Actively engage with clients to upsell
additional services and foster long-term partnerships.
Proposal
Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop
tailored proposals and presentations for client engagements.
- Present proposals to clients, effectively
communicating the value proposition and benefits of 3Core System's services.
Pipeline
Management:
- Manage sales pipeline effectively, tracking
opportunities from lead generation to closure.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records
of client interactions and sales activities.
Team
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including
delivery, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of client
projects.
- Provide feedback and insights to contribute to
product/service enhancements and market positioning.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in business
administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven and measurable track
record of success in business development and account management within
the IT services industry, preferably with experience in ERP systems
integration (SAP), AMS, and IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and related
technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of the
organization.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales
targets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite.

Salary:
· Total Compensation (base salary +
commissions) (Range: $75,000 - $150,000+)
