About You: You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual excited to kickstart your career in business development. This role is perfect for someone eager to build foundational skills in customer research, sales strategy, and market analysis. You’re comfortable working across teams to build prospect lists, analyze trends, and support outreach campaigns. You bring strong problem-solving and communication skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where initiative and curiosity are valued.

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct research to refine and prioritize potential clinical sites and provider partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Provider Partnership and Marketing teams to support outreach efforts, including marketing campaigns, cold-calling, and follow-up coordination
  • Improve and manage sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM) to capture insights, maintain lead data, and track business development progress

Qualifications: 

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and research skills
  • Comfortable working with Google spreadsheets, CRMs, and online tools
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Commitment of at least 10 hours per week for a minimum of 2 months and up to 30 hours per week
  • Bonus: Experience in sales, business development, cold outreach, or lead generation

Compensation: $15 - $20 USD per hour

The compensation range for this contract position represents a wide variety of factors, including location, skills, experience, education, and training. Candidates who meet most of the qualifications above should expect to earn near the middle of the posted compensation range.

Time Commitment: 10-30 hours per week
