We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives and client development efforts. In this role, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, maintaining client communication, and contributing to strategic planning aimed at expanding the company’s presence and impact.

  • Support the development team in identifying prospects and new business opportunities.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and tailored service packages.

  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, leads, and progress updates.

  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts and market research activities.

  • Coordinate internal communication to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Participate in meetings, taking notes and preparing follow-ups as needed.

  • Ensure exceptional professionalism and accuracy across all business development materials.
