Who You AreThe Business Development Executive role calls for you to be an experienced B2B sales professional who possesses the following characteristics:- Consultative – You’d rather build relationships and recommend the best solution based on needs and challenges.

- Good with people – You’re able to take on an advisory role with business owners and C-suite in a professional manner.
- Connected – You’re growing a network of business executives who can help expand your sales pipeline.
- Identify midsized or enterprise businesses to offer Advance Paperbag solutions.
- Accomplish sales goals determined by management.
- Demonstrates B2B sales expertise including a sense of urgency when addressing customer inquiries and closing sales.
- Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and yearly to review business needs with prospects and customers as needed to achieve sales and gross profit goals set by the company.
- Cultivate new sales through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. In turn, developing relationships with prospective accounts, closing on opportunities with prospects turning them into customers.
- This includes maintaining continuous growth within existing accounts.
- Responsible for responding to web leads throughout the US, utilizing video meeting platforms and/or phone meetings to continue the sales process to closing.
- Help drive a positive experience with all you encounter, including, but not limited to coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in securing new 6-figure B2B contracts.
- Capacity to work independently.
- Experience with CRM.
- Strong negotiation and relationship development skills.
- Valid Driver License and clean MVR.
PREFERED REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Industry experience selling packaging solutions: packaging films and materials.
- Familiar with delivering solutions with company that need packing solutions.
