Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and prospects.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, online research, LinkedIn, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Identify potential B2B/SaaS clients and understand their business requirements.
  • Introduce and explain SaaS products/services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and potential fit.
  • Schedule meetings and product/service demos with qualified prospects.
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales/client success team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and calling targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets.


Requirements Requirements
  • 1–1.5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience with SaaS, B2B sales, or international sales will be preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confident and comfortable making a high volume of cold calls.
  • Good understanding of lead generation and sales prospecting.
  • Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn for prospecting is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with international clients.
