Position: Business Development Executive

Company: Avita is a tech-enabled full service property management firm, specializing in strategically optimizing assets, executing lease ups, operational turnarounds, and enhancing NOI. Avita's approach will swiftly improve operational and financial performance of assets under management within 3 - 6months.

Objective: The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding Avita Property Management’s clientele and assets under management. This individual is tasked with forging new relationships and enhancing Avita’s presence within the commercial real estate sector, focusing on multifamily operators and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients and secure new management contracts.
  • Craft and present bespoke sales proposals with a professional acumen.
  • Respond to and nurture incoming inquiries, guiding them to fruition as signed agreements.
  • Conduct site visits to prospective client properties, offering tailored, high-caliber proposals.
  • Utilize and manage the sales CRM system to meticulously track lead progression from initial contact to successful conversion.
  • Represent Avita at industry conferences, events, and investor meetings, contributing to discussions pertinent to rental property investment.
  • Engage in networking opportunities at trade shows and within industry organizations to elevate the Avita brand.
  • Perform property and development tours to assemble comprehensive proposals.
  • Oversee the organization and maintenance of new business documentation.
  • Gather and relay property and client details to the management team for informed decision-making.
  • Participate actively in internal meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Avita’s marketing strategies, sales processes, and overall business development initiatives.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as necessitated by business needs.

  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).

Performance Metrics:

  • Identification and engagement of prospective real estate investors and management entities.
  • Upholding Avita’s established standards of customer service.
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly growth objectives for unit acquisition.

Compensation: Competitive package comprising a base salary plus commission, with the potential to exceed $125,000 in the first year and $150,000 from the second year onward.

Probation Period: 3 months.
