Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting to target accounts within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, ports, and industrial system integrators
  • Qualify leads from events, marketing campaigns, partner referrals, and inbound requests
  • Maintain accurate CRM data including contact management, pipeline stage hygiene, and activity tracking
  • Conduct account research to identify buying centers, stakeholder personas, and competitive context
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings, solution briefings, demos, and technical workshops
  • Assist in preparing customer-facing content such as outreach messaging, discovery summaries, and basic proposals
  • Build and monitor sales performance dashboards and reporting to support forecasting and KPI visibility
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign creation, event support, digital content promotion, and brand awareness initiatives
  • Support Sales and Channel leadership on partner onboarding, deal registration, and post-event follow-up motion
  • Continuously enhance lead qualification criteria and handoff processes for operational efficiency
  • Define and execute the global channel strategy for system integrators, VARs, and NaaS providers

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of business development, inside sales, SDR/BDR, or sales operations experience — ideally in B2B technology or telecom
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and digital outreach proficiency
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, tasks, and priorities

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with private wireless, cellular, networking, or industrial automation markets
  • Experience supporting field sales, event execution, or channel partner teams
  • Basic understanding of pipeline analytics and marketing automation tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field
  • Clear ambition to pursue a long-term career in enterprise or channel sales
  • Prior exposure to outbound sales motions within early-stage or high-growth technology environments

 Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact clearly and concisely with all departments and levels of management
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention-to-detail
