This is a remote position.
- Conduct market research, assess customer needs, and identify potential new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to reach new customers and grow existing business.
- Negotiate deals and contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Plan and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Analyze market trends, revenue potential, and financial projections to support business decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the status of business development initiatives and their impact on the company.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related field. Prior Experience in Education industry will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of successfully developing and implementing growth opportunities.
- The ability to develop and implement strategic plans for growing the business.
- Ability to negotiate deals and contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Experience in planning and managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, market trends, revenue potential, and financial projections to support business decisions.
- Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains competitive.
