Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our staffing team. This remote role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with direct clients across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staffing sales, client acquisition, and delivering workforce solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with direct clients across multiple industries.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

  • Track market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in staffing solutions.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.

  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to leadership on business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred).

  • 3–7 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions sales.

  • Strong understanding of staffing models (contract, permanent, temp-to-hire).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
