Titan is expanding its Titan Electronics (Security Integration) division in Austin and is seeking a high-performing, hunter-oriented Business Development Manager to drive net-new revenue growth.

This is a true new business role focused on:

  • Building pipeline from scratch through field prospecting and relationship development
  • Winning complex, consultative security integration deals
  • Leveraging Titan’s unique position as both a guarding and technology provider

This individual will not only hunt new logos, but also strategically cross-sell electronic security solutions into Titan’s existing guarding customer base, unlocking a significant competitive advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  1. New Business Development (Hunter Focus)
  • Prospect, qualify, and close net-new business for integrated security solutions:
    • Video surveillance- VMS, IP Cameras, Cloud, AI
    • Access control systems
    • Intercoms, intrusion detection, and related technologies
  • Execute disciplined outbound strategies: cold calling, onsite visits, networking, and events
  • Build and maintain a robust, self-generated pipeline
  • Target key verticals including:
    • Commercial real estate
    • Corporate campuses
    • Logistics & distribution
    • Retail
    • High-end residential communities

  1. Strategic Account Expansion (Key Differentiator)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities within existing Titan guarding clients
  • Position Titan as a single-source provider of both physical security personnel and integrated technology solutions
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell strategies that deepen client relationships and increase wallet share

  1. Consultative Selling
  • Conduct site assessments and understand client risk, compliance, and operational needs
  • Develop tailored, integrated security solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Work in conjunction with Design Engineers and local project management to deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Navigate complex buying groups and close multi-stakeholder deals

  1. Internal Collaboration
  • Partner with:
    • Operations & Engineering on solution design and implementation
    • Marketing on demand generation campaigns
    • Leadership on go-to-market strategy in Austin
  • Act as the voice of the customer to help shape Titan’s evolving integration offerings

  1. Performance Management
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota and KPI targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
  • Provide regular forecasting and market feedback to leadership

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in:
    • Security integration / low voltage
    • Access control, video, or alarm systems
    • Adjacent technical or facility services industries
  • Proven success in a true hunter role (net-new logo acquisition)
  • Strong prospecting discipline and comfort with in-person selling
  • Experience selling into commercial and enterprise environments
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building a territory in a growth-stage market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)

Compensation & Benefits
