Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with prior experience in AML, Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Services, or related areas.

The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities through cold calling, outbound outreach, prospecting, and relationship building. The role will also involve organizing and attending meetings with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and developing opportunities into potential engagements.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and business development skills, a professional approach to client interactions, and the ability to confidently engage decision-makers.

Responsibilities will include researching target markets and prospects, initiating conversations, following up with potential clients, qualifying leads, arranging meetings, maintaining a consistent outreach pipeline, and supporting the conversion of qualified opportunities into new business.
