Business Development Manager, California, Oregon, Washington

$75,000 Base + UNCAPPED Commission | Outside Sales | Parts ASAP

Know rubber tracks? Speak fluent heavy equipment? Let's put that knowledge to work and pay you what you're worth.

Parts ASAP is looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales pro to own the California & Nevada territory. This isn't a sit-at-a-desk role. You'll be on the road, in dealerships and rental stores, building partnerships and growing a territory that's yours to shape.

Your base salary gives you stability. Your commission has no ceiling. The more you grow the territory, the more you earn. Simple as that.

What You'll Do
  • Own your territory. Build and run a business development plan for the California & Nevada, with clear goals you set and crush.
  • Build real relationships. Partner with equipment dealers and rental stores and become their go-to resource for rubber tracks and construction equipment parts.
  • Find new business. Open new accounts, expand existing ones, and spot opportunities others miss.
  • Close deals. Present our solutions, negotiate with confidence, and exceed your targets.
  • Be the voice of the market. Share customer feedback and market insight with our sales, marketing, and product teams to shape what we offer.
  • Take care of your customers. Resolve product and service issues with our warranty team and keep clients coming back.
  • Stay on top of your pipeline. Log visits and opportunities in our CRM daily.
What You Bring
  • Rubber track knowledge. You know the products, the applications, and the customers.
  • Heavy construction equipment and parts knowledge. You can talk machines and parts with dealers and service teams.
  • 3–5 years of business development or outside sales experience. Agriculture or construction parts experience is a big plus.
  • A track record of meeting or beating sales targets.
  • Comfort with travel. You'll spend about 50% of your time on the road across the territory.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to present, negotiate, and close.
  • Self-motivation. You work well independently but value being part of a team.
  • Solid computer skills (email, Word, Excel, CRM).
Why You'll Love It Here
  • $75,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
  • A territory to call your own in one of the country's most active construction markets
  • [Benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.]
  • [Perks: company vehicle or car allowance, phone, laptop, expense card, etc.]
  • [Growth: career path, training, company culture highlights]
