Job DescriptionThis role will lead the management of Visa Brazil’s key clients within the SMB portfolio, ensuring achievement of budget and revenue targets through strong commercial discipline, actionable account plans, and expansion of the solution mix (cross-sell and new Visa services). This person will be directly responsible for the revenue performance of Visa services with a focus on the SMB segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management: Build and execute account plans, executive QBRs, forecasting routines, pipeline governance, and multistakeholder relationship plans.
- Establish and maintain constructive business relationships with clients.
- Revenue Acceleration (Cross/Up-Sell): Identify and close opportunities to expand the use of Visa services within SMB, connecting client pain points to practical solutions and use cases.
- Target Delivery: Ensure achievement of budget, revenue KPIs, and success indicators (activation, adoption, engagement, retention), implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Go-to-Market & Execution: Orchestrate internal squads (Commercial, Product, VCA, Marketing, Legal, Tech/Visanet) and external partners, ensuring proposal quality, timelines, and implementation governance.
- Facilitate and direct internal Visa operations in response to specific client requests.
- Coordinate appropriate product implementation based on account strategies.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Proven experience (min. 5 years) in account/client management or B2B sales with a focus on SMEs/SMB (issuer, acquiring, banks, fintech's, or platforms).
Knowledge of the SMB segment.
Analytical capability, pipeline management, and business-case development.
Negotiation and presentation skills.
Relationship management skills with general sales experience.
Commitment, confidence, and the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
Ability to lead broad, strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical skills and business case development experience.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional areas to influence and achieve consensus on goals and objectives.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
English fluency is required
